These Terms of Service govern your access to the Fuel Max website, checkout, products, optional add-ons, and VIP membership. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may use the website only for lawful personal or household purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, make fraudulent claims, or use the checkout in violation of law.

Product Information and Results

We try to describe products, pricing, availability, promotions, and images accurately. Minor differences in color, packaging, dimensions, or appearance may occur. We may correct errors and cancel or adjust an affected order before shipment, with notice and an appropriate refund when required.

Fuel-economy, performance, maintenance, emissions, or savings results vary by vehicle, driving conditions, installation, maintenance, fuel quality, and other factors. Unless expressly stated in writing, individual results are not guaranteed. Fuel Max is not a substitute for proper vehicle maintenance, professional diagnosis, manufacturer instructions, or compliance with applicable vehicle and emissions laws. Stop using the product if it appears unsafe or causes a vehicle warning, and consult a qualified professional.

Orders and Acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. A payment authorization or automated confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has shipped.

Prices, Charges, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable amounts are shown before purchase or determined as required by law. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected for the total displayed at checkout and for any optional offer you affirmatively accept.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment processing is performed by third-party commerce and payment providers, which may include 29next, Spreedly, PayPal, Google Pay, gateways, card networks, and financial institutions.

Fuel Max VIP Membership and Recurring Billing

The initial offer includes one Fuel Max 2.0 device and member benefits. The renewal charge will use the payment method associated with the order unless updated through an available method. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@fuelsave-max.com before the next renewal is processed.

Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect after processing. A request received after a renewal has processed will apply to later renewals. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment as permitted by law and processor rules. We may suspend or end membership benefits after failed payment or cancellation.

Optional Protection Add-Ons

Fuel Max Coverage and Journey Package Protection are optional and are added only when selected. Fuel Max Coverage is intended to provide the replacement-support benefits described at checkout. Journey Package Protection is intended to address eligible loss, theft, or damage associated with the covered shipment. Claims must be submitted to support@fuelsave-max.com with the order number and reasonable supporting information.

These add-ons are service benefits, not insurance unless expressly identified otherwise. They do not cover fraud, deliberate damage, unauthorized modification, ordinary cosmetic wear, misuse, or circumstances excluded in the offer presented at purchase. Remedies may include replacement parts, replacement products, reshipment, or refund, depending on the approved claim.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, refunds, replacement requests, the 30-day money-back guarantee, and VIP refund eligibility are governed by the Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and limited-time offers may have separate terms, availability limits, and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated, offers may not be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn before an order is completed. A promotion does not alter the 30-day money-back guarantee unless the offer clearly gives you greater rights.

Intellectual Property

The website and its text, design, logos, images, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Fuel Max and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and information only. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, scrape, distribute, or exploit the content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-Party Services

The website depends on third-party services for payment processing, checkout operations, hosting, delivery, and other functions. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems or conduct outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express 30-day money-back guarantee and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel Max disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel Max will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the website, product, add-ons, or membership. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights relating to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where legally protected, or mandatory consumer guarantees.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Fuel Max harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or product, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update the website, products, offers, or these Terms. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material violation of these Terms.

Disputes and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and the parties, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available where you live. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive a forum, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms together with the policies and disclosures incorporated by reference form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchase.
