Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Fuel Max website and checkout are processed and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

After you place an order, you should receive an electronic order confirmation. Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, inventory availability, and address verification. We may contact you by email if additional information is needed to process your order.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within the timeframe displayed at checkout or stated in your order confirmation. If no specific shipment timeframe is provided, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship your properly completed order within 30 days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations and Charges

We ship only to destinations made available during checkout. Available shipping methods and charges, if any, are shown before you complete your purchase. Shipping charges may vary by destination, order contents, selected service, and promotional eligibility.

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by a destination country are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, security screening, or events outside our reasonable control.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Address Accuracy and Changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, email support@fuelsave-max.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected information. We will try to make the change, but we cannot guarantee an update after processing or shipment has begun.

Fuel Max is not responsible for delays or nondelivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address supplied by the customer. Additional carrier or reshipment charges may apply when permitted by law.

Delays and Backorders

If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe originally stated, or within 30 days when no timeframe was stated, we will contact you by email with a revised shipment date or other available information. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If we cannot obtain any consent required by applicable law, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows no delivery, the package arrives damaged, or items are missing, email support@fuelsave-max.com promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when reasonably available. We may ask you to cooperate with a carrier investigation. Approved remedies may include replacement, reshipment, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. Then contact us so we can review the available options.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split an order for fulfillment purposes.

Cancellations Before Shipment

To request cancellation, email support@fuelsave-max.com immediately with your order number. We will make a reasonable effort to stop fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped. If the order has already shipped, the Refund Policy applies.
