Fuel Max Customer Policy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Fuel Max collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our checkout, contact support, or purchase Fuel Max products and services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping information, country, state or province, postal code, order contents, support messages, refund or claim information, and marketing preferences.
Payment card details are entered into secure payment fields provided through our commerce and payment partners, including 29next and Spreedly. Those providers process the full payment credentials. We receive transaction status, payment tokens, and limited payment-related information needed to complete and support the order. PayPal, Google Pay, card networks, gateways, and financial institutions may process information under their own privacy policies.
We also collect technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address when available, browser and device information, device type, pages viewed, referring page, landing page, timestamps, website domain, checkout events, order identifiers, and interactions needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the checkout.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Attribution
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep the checkout working, retain selections, prevent duplicate events, remember attribution information, detect fraud, and measure completed orders.
When a link contains a ClickFlare click identifier, the checkout may store that identifier in local storage. After a completed order, the thank-you page may send ClickFlare the click identifier, order number, order total, and conversion type for attribution and reporting. We do not use this process to send full payment card details.
You can control cookies and stored website data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the checkout from functioning correctly.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to process payments and orders, deliver products, provide confirmations and tracking, operate memberships, manage optional protection add-ons, prevent fraud, answer support requests, process cancellations and refunds, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, protect customers and the business, and improve site performance.
We may send transactional messages about your order, delivery, membership, payment, policy updates, or support request. We send marketing messages only when permitted by law and based on your choices. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting support@fuelsave-max.com. Transactional messages may continue when needed to service an order or membership.
How We Disclose Information
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, including to commerce and payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, hosting and security providers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, shipping carriers, customer-support providers, attribution and measurement providers, professional advisers, and government authorities when required by law.
We may disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the law where you live, certain attribution or advertising-related disclosures may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” even when no money changes hands. You may email support@fuelsave-max.com to request an applicable opt-out.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide memberships and support, process refunds or disputes, maintain tax and accounting records, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and applicable requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful backup and recordkeeping requirements.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Payment details are transmitted through secure payment technology supplied by our payment partners. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sharing, or sales. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email support@fuelsave-max.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. If an authorized agent submits a request, we may require proof of authorization. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
The website and Fuel Max products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email support@fuelsave-max.com so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
International Users
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Fuel Max is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
